Flame Work Designs adds a zest of composure and style when creating their elegant pieces. Derived from the ancient Venetian technique of silver foil encasing, each piece is individually hand fired over a heat intensive flame of 2000° F. While the glass is molten, it is infused with silver and carefully shaped to perfection. This attentive process ensures that every bead will be similar, yet individual, just like you.

Derived from the ancient technique of lamp-working, each piece is individually hand fired over a heat intensive flame of 2000° F. While the glass is molten, it is infused with different layers of glass and carefully shaped to perfection. Different tools are used attentively to create the different petals of the flowers and carefully inserted into the center of the glass bead. We carefully hand choose our glass, cutting it cautiously and precisely to its individual excellence. We fuse the Dichroic glass with a clear coating in a kiln up to a temperature of approximately 1500° F. Using diamond-coated tools we avidly grind the edges to precision then fire polish the pendants to perfection.
