Colour Accuracy
Although we have tried to ensure that the colours of the samples on our site are accurate, the actual colours of the glass will vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. Because our products are all custom made be sure that any colour variations between the samples and the actual product will be acceptable to you.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%. If the product did not meet the high standards you were expecting to receive you are welcome to send it back to us for a full refund. If your are happy with the quality of the product but might want something a little different for yourself, think of giving it away as a gift before returning it.
Return Policy
Returns will be credited or refunded in the same method payment as they were purchased. To return an item pack the item in a protective packing material. All shipping and handling costs and fees are the responsibility of the returnee.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. We will allow our customers 2 weeks to inspect their purchase. This gives you enough time to get feed back on your wonderful new purchase. If after this time you decide that it is not what you expected please contact us to arrange your return. If the product arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping
Flame Work Designs liability to you for non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. Your package will be insured for $100 and you may wish to contact Flame Work Designs to receive the tracking number of your purchase. Insurance will cover your purchase from loss or breakage during carriage for up to $100 of the insurable value of the products you have ordered. If product arrived damaged due to improper packaging it can be returned for replacement or full refund.

We will accept Master Card and Visa. Your card will be billed under the name 'Flame Work Designs'. For your security, both card companies require verification of card number, expiration date and billing address. Some restrictions may apply.
